Fish Policy:

Customers are eligible for up to 50% of fish weighing 100 lbs or less.  Fish over 100 lbs will not be cut.

Deposits and Cancellation Policy

For Private Charters Full and Half Day:

• Full refund given if trip canceled 48 hours before your trip is scheduled to leave ( the boat leaves at 6 am).
• You will lose your deposit if you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before trip is scheduled to leave.
• You will lose your deposit and be charged in full if you cancel within 24 hours or simply do not show up to the dock.
• All shared charters will be assigned at the dock.  You may only reserve a specific boat if you choose to purchase a private charter.

For Shared Charters Full and Half Day:

Refunds will not be given if your party wishes to return early due to seasickness
