While deep sea fishing outside of Honolulu, Oahu they managed to find some pretty good eating fish! A 100 lb Ahi, 30 lb Ahi and Mahi Mahi make for a really full belly! Aloha!

Wednesday, August 24th, 2011Mahalo to Kevin, Kristen and Jason for choosing Maggie Joe Sport Fishing! The group spent the day with Captain Matt aboard the Ruckus on a sport fishing charter. While deep sea fishing outside of Waikiki, Oahu Captain Matt was able to find a handful of Yellowfin Tuna. Kevin, Kristen and Jason were able to go home with some very good eating fish after reeling them in all day. Aloha!

Sunday, August 21st, 2011Mahalo to The Wallace’s, The Susco’s and Ryan for choosing Maggie Joe Sport Fishing. The group joined Captain Matt and Mate Tony aboard the Ruckus for a full day sport fishing charter on 8/21/11! Captain Matt did a great job finding the fish as they were able to land 1 Ahi, 3 Ulua and 1 Ono while deep sea fishing outside of Honolulu, Oahu! Saturday, July 30th, 2011Mahalo to the Szymanik’s for choosing Maggie Joe Sport Fishing! The family departed Kewalo Basin, next to Waikiki, aboard the Sea Hawk on a full day sport fishing charter with Captain Matt and Mate Rob. They hooked up with this 105 lb Ahi while deep sea fishing outside of Honolulu, Oahu. Arthur climbed in the fighting chair and hauled the fish in. Great job and aloha!

Wednesday, July 27th, 2011Mahalo to Jason, Jeremy, Jim and Jack for choosing Maggie Joe Sport Fishing! The guys went out with Captain Morgan aboard the Sea Hawk on a private sport fishing charter. They spent the day deep sea fishing outside of Honolulu, Oahu. They hooked up with and reeled in the 275 lb Blue Marlin around noon and as soon as they got the fish in the boat and lines back out the Ahi bit. Ruckus Deep Sea Fishing Report
Saturday, July 23rd, 2011Paul and Ray hauled in a 135 lb and 140 lb Ahi today while deep sea fishing outside of Honolulu, Oahu aboard the Ruckus! Captain Matt found a few Ahi yesterday and they came off the line. Today, Paul and Ray did a great job reeling the fish in and they stayed on. We haven’t seen a whole lot of Ahi so far this summer on Oahu sport fishing charters, but this could be a sign of good things to come! Aloha!
Pre Tournament Charter
Wednesday, June 29th, 2011Dave and Mike, Captain Matt’s father and uncle joined us aboard the Maggie Joe for another round of tournament warm up charters on 6/29/11. We’ve been having a blast with the guys as they both hauled in these nice Ahi’s off a double strike. Earlier in the day an approximately 300 lb Blue Marlin was caught and released as well! We will photos to come.
So far the fishing in Kona, Hawaii has been great and the Captain Mike and the rest of the Maggie Joe crew is geared up and ready for the Firecracker Tournament on July 2nd and 3rd. Aloha!
