Daily fishing charters depart from 6:00AM. Just bring your food and drink for the day, large coolers and ice are already on board. Catering is also available on request. Fishing tackle, gear and license are included. We welcome seasoned anglers or those with no previous fishing experience. Our daily morning briefing covers all the details to get you ready for that first bite!

Sunset Cruises
We here at Maggie Joe Sport Fishing know our fishing, but we also know how to have a good time. Oahu has some of the finest landscape and breathtaking scenery, best seen via the sea. Diamond Head crater, Waikiki city lights and colorful sunsets are here every day to enjoy. From November through March, the humpback whales migrate to Hawaii to birth their young. These gentle giants seem to take joy in breeching and showing off for us, just off of the Waikiki and Diamond head area. There are also pods of spinner dolphins that frequent the area year round. Friday nights are a wonderful night to go out. There are the Friday night sailboat races and the Friday night fireworks as special treats! We always have a front row seat to the firework show. All of our sunset cruises are BYOB, bring your favorite cocktails and snacks. We have coolers, cocktail ice, cups, plates, napkins for your use aboard. Bring your camera for the views and scenic shots. Have a romantic evening for two or a party for up to 25 passengers. We will customize your evening adventure, just call or e-mail us with your ideas or needs. Cocktail cruise rates are $250 per hour (minimum of two hours) for groups of up to six. Add $20 per person for each additional passenger.
Spreading of the Ashes
Maggie Joe Sport Fishing staff are dedicated fishermen and mariners, one reason why we offer our spreading of ashes service to honor and celebrate our loved ones. Departure from Kewalo Basin Harbor is between 5:00pm and 5:30pm, heading offshore of Diamond Head Crater. (Let us know if you have another location in mind.) The usual duration is between one hour and one hour and a half in total.
Our professional staff know the customs for a proper mariner’s send off.
This includes scattering of ashes, traditional circling the site and sounding the ship’s bell. You may choose to bring some loose flowers to set adrift during the ceremony.

- $300 = 1-6 passengers
- $350 = 7-10 passengers
- $375 = 11-15 passengers
- $400 = 16-20 passengers
- $450 = 21-25 passengers
Island Hopping
How would you like to fish your way to Maui, Molokai or Lanai, spend a night or two on one or each of the islands, then fish your way back to Oahu? There are very few visitors that are fortunate enough to have this opportunity, the fishing charter of a lifetime. We can explore remote areas that most people will never have an opportunity to see. View the second highest sea cliffs in the world, on the North shore of Molokai, while fishing in some of the best grounds in Hawaii.
Our comfortable boats have plenty of sleeping areas, stay aboard or get a hotel room, it’s up to you. We have hot showers, air conditioning and a full galley. There is nothing better on a warm Hawaiian evening than firing up the BBQ for fresh fish caught earlier that day. Overnight trips start at $1200 per day with a minimum of two days.
Night Time Shark Fishing
Join us on our night time shark hunt. We will depart from the harbor at 9:00 pm (7:00 pm, on Friday) and spend about 3 hours on the water in search of the great predators of the deep. Friday nights are especially popular as while we fish the sky is lit by the weekly Ala Wai firework show. Nothing beats coming face to face with one of the ocean’s most dangerous and powerful creatures.
