Deposits and Cancellation Policy

For Private Charters Full and Half Day:

• $350 deposit due at time of booking charter.
• Full refund given if trip canceled 48 hours before your trip is scheduled to leave ( the boat leaves at 6 am).
• You will lose your deposit if you cancel in between 48 and 24 hours before trip is scheduled to leave.
• You will lose your deposit and charged in full if you cancel after 24 hours or simply do not show up to the dock.

For Share Charters Full and Half Day:

• Full amount due at time of booking if the amount is less than $350, if the amount is greater than $350 we will take deposit of $350.
• Full refund given if trip canceled 48 hours before your trip is scheduled to leave ( the boat leaves at 6 am).
• You will lose your deposit if you cancel in between 48 and 24 hours before trip is scheduled to leave.
• You will lose your deposit and charged in full if you cancel after 24 hours or simply do not show up to the dock.

Refunds will not be given if your party wishes to return early due to seasickness
